EXPO BRAZIL AWARDS RULES
Welcome to the Expo Brazil Awards!
The Expo Brazil Awards were created to recognize, honor, and celebrate exhibitors who stand out for their dedication, innovation, and excellence throughout the event.
More than simply receiving a trophy, this recognition is a tribute to the companies that help make Expo Brazil an inspiring event and contribute to strengthening the Brazilian business community in the United States.
Participation
- All exhibitors officially confirmed for Expo Brazil are automatically eligible to participate.
- No additional payment or separate registration is required.
Categories and Evaluation Criteria
Outstanding exhibitors will be recognized in the following categories:
5 Stars
Recognizes exhibitors who have been part of Expo Brazil for 5 years.
Evaluation criteria:
- This is an honorary category and will not go through a voting or evaluation process.
- Recognition will be automatically granted to exhibitors who have participated consecutively in the last five editions of Expo Brazil.
Innovation Award
Recognition for originality and creativity in booth design.
Evaluation criteria:
- Creativity in booth design
- Originality in visual identity and visitor experience
- Visual impact and consistency with the brand’s proposal
The winner will be chosen through popular voting in the app. After checking in at the booth, every Expo Brazil visitor will be able to vote.
Best Customer Service
Recognition for outstanding customer service at Expo Brazil.
Evaluation criteria:
- Friendliness and hospitality of the team
- Clarity of the information provided
- Efficiency in service and answering questions
- Ability to create connections with the public
The winner will be chosen through popular voting in the app. After checking in at the booth, every Expo Brazil visitor will be able to vote.
Company of the Year
Recognizes the company that stood out the most among the public and the Brazilian business community in the United States, being acknowledged for its relevance, performance, and contribution to strengthening the Brazilian business ecosystem in the country.
Voting for the Company of the Year award takes place in two stages.
First stage: selection of the 5 finalists through popular voting held before the event, by means of an online form shared on Expo Brazil’s official social media channels.
Second stage: the 5 finalists chosen by the public advance to the final round of voting, which will take place during the event through the official Expo Brazil app.
The grand winner will be announced on the last day of the event, during the closing ceremony on the main stage.
LITTLE VISIONARY AWARD
Recognition for initiative and the ability to turn ideas into action.
Evaluation criteria:
- Proactivity in assigned activities
- Initiative in creating and developing ideas and solutions
- Ability to execute and put plans into practice
- Entrepreneurial vision and a growth-oriented attitude
TOP SELLER AWARD
Recognition for focus and outstanding sales performance.
Evaluation criteria:
- Sales performance throughout the event
- Focus on results
- Consistency in sales efforts
- Ability to generate business opportunities and conversions
RISING STAR AWARD
Recognition for performance and commitment.
Evaluation criteria:
- Commitment and dedication in assigned activities
- Performance demonstrated throughout the event
- Growth and development potential
- Responsibility, professionalism, and positive attitude
Selection process
The winners of these categories will be selected by the Expo Brazil staff team, based on direct observation, overall performance perception, and internal evaluation carried out impartially throughout the event.
Prizes
The winners of the Innovation, Best Customer Service, and Company of the Year categories will receive:
- Personalized Expo Brazil Awards trophy
- $600 in exclusive credit to be used for one-time promotional actions in the following edition of Expo Brazil, not valid for booth purchase
- Featured recognition on Expo Brazil’s social media
- Award category pins on their badges for the following year, if they participate in the Expo
Honorees in the 5 Stars category will receive:
- Recognition trophy for participating in 5 editions of Expo Brazil
- Featured recognition on Expo Brazil’s social media
- Award category pins on their badges
The awards ceremony will take place on the last day of the event, during the closing ceremony at 4:00 PM, on the Expo Brazil main stage.
General Provisions
- The organization reserves the right to modify these rules without prior notice.
- In the event of a tie in the final vote count, an internal vote will be conducted by the Expo Brazil staff team, who must act impartially, considering criteria such as presentation, customer service, public engagement, and overall impact at the event.
- The Expo Brazil Awards celebrate not only companies, but also stories of dedication and achievement. Participation in the awards implies full acceptance of these rules, and the organization reaffirms its commitment to transparency and to recognizing the companies that stand out during the event.
