This General Participation and Liability Agreement governs the participation of minors in the My Little Business project, the official educational activation of Expo Brazil 2026, and consolidates into one single, irrevocable and binding legal instrument:
By signing this document, the parent or legal guardian declares, under penalty of law, that they have fully read, understood, and expressly, unequivocally and irrevocably agree to all clauses described herein.
This document is legally valid within the United States of America and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Expo Brazil is a large-scale institutional, business and educational event held in the State of Florida, with its own programming, complex logistics, internal policies, hired staff and centralized management.
My Little Business is an official activation of Expo Brazil, created exclusively for educational and formative purposes, providing a practical entrepreneurship experience for children, without any professional, employment, partnership or commercial nature.
Expo Brazil is the sole owner of the brand, project, curation, organization, logistics, communication, programming, content and all decisions related to the event and its activations.
Participation in My Little Business is strictly conditioned upon signing this General Agreement.
Failure to sign, incomplete completion, or disagreement with any clause automatically prevents participation, without the right to contest, refund or compensation of any kind.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, replacing any prior communication, whether verbal or written, including messages, audios, emails, social media or promotional materials.
The legal guardian expressly authorizes the child’s participation in My Little Business.
The guardian acknowledges that participation:
Participation is exclusively educational, institutional, symbolic and formative.
Participation is limited to children between 6 and 14 years of age, according to the official project regulations.
The undersigned declares to be the sole legal guardian of the participating child and assumes full and exclusive legal, civil, moral and financial responsibility arising from participation.
The guardian agrees to:
The guardian declares the child is fit to participate and has no undisclosed medical restrictions or health conditions.
Expo Brazil does not provide babysitting, custody, individual supervision or exclusive monitoring services.
Each child must have one direct legal guardian (father or mother) present at the event as defined in the application form.
If a family registers more than two children, a second legal guardian must be present to adequately supervise all children.
The guardian acknowledges that public events involve inherent risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to:
The guardian fully assumes all risks related to participation and releases Expo Brazil from liability for accidents or incidents not resulting from proven intentional misconduct.
Expo Brazil is not responsible for:
Under no circumstances shall Expo Brazil’s liability exceed the registration fee paid, when applicable.
The legal guardian agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Expo Brazil, its organizers, partners, sponsors, suppliers and staff from any claims, lawsuits, costs, damages, penalties or attorney fees arising from acts or omissions of the child or guardian.
Only previously registered and approved products may be sold.
Products will be inspected at check-in. Non-approved items will be removed without refund or contest.
Expo Brazil does not guarantee sales, profit, visibility or financial return.
Responsibility for food, consumption, allergies or dietary restrictions lies solely with the guardian.
Participation requires attendance at the following mandatory meetings:

April 7 – 7:30 PM – Online
Unjustified absence may result in removal without refund.
All official communication will occur exclusively through Expo Brazil’s official channels.
The official WhatsApp group is the primary communication method.
Information obtained outside official channels has no validity.
The guardian agrees to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct throughout the event.
Participants and guardians must comply with all venue policies.
Expo Brazil may intervene, warn, suspend or remove participants at any time to ensure safety and order.
Expo Brazil reserves the exclusive right to:
No such decisions create entitlement to refund or compensation.
No refunds will be issued in case of withdrawal, cancellation or removal.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, government orders, extreme weather, pandemics, venue cancellation or circumstances beyond organizational control.
Such events do not generate refund rights.
The guardian grants Expo Brazil irrevocable, royalty-free authorization to use the child’s image, voice and content without time or territorial limitation.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Jurisdiction is exclusively the courts of Orlando, Florida, USA.
By signing, the guardian fully and irrevocably accepts all terms herein and the Official My Little Business Manual.
Violation of any clause may result in immediate removal without compensation.
